The Ricos Story: How a Spice Tin & a Dream Built This Madhouse

Once upon a monsoon season, Uncle Rishi (yes, that legend with the twinkly eyes) had a wild thought: “What if Kamla Nagar had a place that fed bellies AND souls?”

So he kissed corporate life goodbye. Rented a kitchen smaller than your hostel cupboard. Rescued his grandma’s ancient spice tin. And started cooking like your dadi would with reckless love and zero apologies. Today? We’re the place: Where DU crushes become “just-married” couples, Where exam stress dissolves in chai steam, Where lost wallets find their owners (thanks, Ramesh Bhaiya!) and Where you bring people you actually like.

Simply put, we deliver your favourite menu from fast-food restaurant of choice. Our platform enables you to enter your postcode and select a nearby restaurant of choice e.g McDonalds, KFC, …Wagamama e.t.c for delivery. Within each of these restaurants you will find their menus which you can add to basket, choose your payment method (PayPal or Credit / Debit Card) and submit. There you go, your order is sent to the selected restaurant or the nearby delivery driver where applicable.

Absolutely. We offer pasta/shake combos, burger/fries/drink combos, and Mexican platters that are perfect for one or two people.

We don’t have private parking, but street parking is usually available near the café. Be sure to come early during peak hours!

About Our Food

Delivering Awesome Since 1960

Ricos began its journey as a popular café on Hudson Lane, frequented by Delhi University students for its budget‑friendly menu and chilled vibe. Building on that success, the brand opened its Kamla Nagar outlet in June 2019 at Bungalow Road near Gauri Nursing Home, bringing its full menu, aesthetic interiors, and vibrant food‑and‑drink offerings to a wider audience.
